I'm Ahmed — a computer science engineer who moved into product management and UX/UI design because I wanted to own the whole arc: the problem, the plan, the pixels, the shipping.
Engineering taught me to respect constraints. PM taught me to defend the why. Design taught me to craft the how. I've worked across legal tech, sports tech, cybersecurity, delivery, and brand — still chasing the intersection of systems thinking and soft edges.
Sometimes in sequence, sometimes all at once. Each one earned on the job, each one sharpens the next.
The foundation. I read code, I write code, and I know what's hard to build before I ask for it. Six years of engineering school in Algeria — it's the technical backbone under every decision I make.
Problem before solution. I own PRDs, roadmaps, and sprint rhythm. I keep engineering, design, and stakeholders pointed at the same north star — and defend the why when it matters.
The craft. Flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, motion. A product isn't shipped until the last pixel earns its place.
Eight chapters, seven years. Engineered, managed, designed — sometimes all three at once.
Research, interviews, competitive reads. Turn a fuzzy problem into a sharp PRD and a roadmap the team can commit to.
Flows, wireframes, high-fi UI, motion. A visual language grounded in a design system — earns its place, never decoration.
Can we actually build it? Prototype in code when it's faster than Figma. Stress-test feasibility with engineers before promises are made.
Partner with engineering through delivery. Watch how real users use it. Feed what we learn back into the next cycle.
